What is a Private Membership Association?
A Private Membership Association (PMA) is a private group of individuals asserting the right to determine what products and services, which may deem beneficial to association members, as protected under our constitution.
This legal entity has been established to protect our 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendment rights to privacy, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, and freedom of speech as it relates to our natural products and services. This legal association not only protects our business but also protects our 1st, 4th, 5th and 14th Amendment rights of our farm stand members.
The Farm Stand On Olive Hill is apart of our own local PMA.
Why we are a Private Membership Association?
The Farm Stand On Olive Hill has established our Reset Productions PMA due to the restrictive nature of the public business sector.
The only way we could continue to bring the purest and cleanest products and produce to our customers was to make this transition.
Our goal has always been collaborative for community members collaborative farming and making it more attainable for community members to access clean food sources without the limitations that the public sector entails.
For this reason we opted to make the membership portion as inexpensive as possible and available to everyone.
As a PMA we will continue to provide our same services and products along with exclusive add-on’s. By joining our membership program you will have access to these benefits.
We are still the same farm stand, operating under our Reset Productions PMA.
Can anyone join the farm stand membership?
Yes, anyone can join our private membership program.
We offer memberships to anyone who would like access to our products and services.
You must be a member to shop from the farm stand and enjoy the many amenities that we offer.
You can sign up for a membership either in person at our farm stand or through our online shop.
*Memberships can be canceled any time through the ‘contact us’ tab on this site, through direct email, or in person at the farm stand. Once you cancel your membership, you can continue to shop at the stand until your full year expires.

What are our membership tiers?
DAY PASSES
Day passes are $1
Day passes can only be purchased once and entitle you to shop 1 time at the stand.
A membership must be obtained to shop at the farm stand once your day pass has been used.
MEMBERS
Memberships are $25 a year.
This membership gives you access to all the perks offered at the farmstand. No additonal membership fees apply.
FOUNDING MEMBERS
Members who sign up before February 29th, 2024 will receive their first year membership for $1
*Yearly Founding Membership renewal price will be $25 after the first year
